So, I found this Mustang on Craigslist, and I can't figure out what's going on:

What is going on here? What happened to the roof? At first I thought it was vinyl, now I see it appears to be canvas like a convertible top, but there are millions of convertible Mustangs, and the roof line looks original.

Its the rare pimp edition mustang with the top whose name cannot be spoken.

Holy crap is it ugly but the cobra wheels are nice and the roof can be repented of with some paint and primer.

I think it's like a vinyl top, but made out of one of the shittier alternative materials by some shop somewhere, because no dealer or manufacturer in their right mind does it like that.

It looks most like an aftermarket carriage roof (and not a particularly well done one at that) - the car's original owner was probably either quite elderly or just taste impaired.

It's extremely atrocious. It's one of the worst things I've seen befall a Fox body, and lots of bad things have happened to Foxes.
